Job Scopes

  • To ensure the brand is accurately represented in all sales communications.
  • To recommend and prepare a strategic marketing plan with the budget to achieve the yearly growth and sales KPIs.
  • To design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures the brand’s strong presence.
  • To manage and implement the sales activities as per the marketing plan and monitor their progress, making improvements when needed to meet the sales KPIs.
  • To identify, approach, and negotiate with the premium baby stores and departmental stores to carry baby products.
  • To build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • To recommend and implement marketing campaigns/promotions/trade deals for online and offline platforms to assist our distributor.
  • To set up and list baby/personal care products in major online platforms in the respective country.
  • To manage the digital marketing campaigns in social media and online platforms, including but not limited to creating content to suit local markets.
  • To identify and approach suitable social media influencers and KOLs to promote brands.
  • Deliver reports on sales KPIs and additional reporting whenever required.
  • To present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • To assist our distributor during the exhibition campaign in all areas.
  • To perform any other duties as and when required by direct superior.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least a Degree or higher in Marketing or Sales or equivalent qualifications.
  • Possess around five (5) years of experience in Marketing and sales or similar roles in the FMCG industry, preferably in baby products in Thailand.
  • Good understanding of market research techniques and familiarity with online and offline marketing.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Willing to travel when required by Malaysia HQ.
  • Good proficiency in both English and Thai languages.
