They help entreprenuers, business owners, artists, and designers to actualise creative projects; form a clear goal, give them a platform and connection to crowdfund, and provide professional guidance.
They have sizezable projects, big and small, that are brought to life through the direct funding support from the people! Providing the project owners to the monetary support to reach their goal.
To date, they have successfully funded multiple multimillion projects and helped these projects owners to achieve their business goal.
Job Scopes
- Develop, implement, and oversee HR strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.
- Analyzing the needs of the organization to propose & drive solutions that will help build on the good culture & develop the employees
- Leading certain HR driven events/activities & projects that drive talent & leadership development & cultural objectives forward.
- Manage all HR functions (recruitment, payroll, performance management, compensation & benefits, training and development etc)
- Handle the full spectrum of recruitment and the hiring process.
- Maintaining and ensuring employee records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Ensure timely statutory contribution (EPF, SOCSO, EIS) and maintaining records.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resource, Business Admin or similar.
- Proven desire to expand knowledge and understanding of the equity crowdfunding industry.
- Min 3 years of human resource experience in financial industry is preferred
- Experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
- Sound working knowledge of Malaysian legislations and HR practices.
- Excellent communications and personnel management skills, confident, pleasant, firm and able to work with various levels including Management.
- Good understanding of business functions, strategic thinking, and good organizational skill.
- Meticulous and high attention to details and maintain confidentiality in all situations.
- Flexible, adaptable, resourceful, and able to work under pressure in a fast - paced environment.
- Humble: respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn.
