Job Scopes

We are looking for manager level talent that is passionate in grooming young and talented team of sales and marketing. The leader will lead the team to pursue in capturing new regional market and increase existing market share. A dare devil and visionary leader that willing to try new Business to Business (B2B) marketing strategies as well, in order to reach out to the companies that need help.

  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and lead marketing team from ideation to execution
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
  • Provide business outcomes solutions through understanding of customer’s business requirements
  • Identify and lead sales team to capture emerging markets
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales & marketing team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and create regional presence
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales & marketing members
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Job Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma/Degree qualification in Marketing/Advertising/Communications or any related field.
  • Possess extensive experience in B2B marketing campaigns in SouthEast Asia (preferably of developing and implementing both online and offline marketing campaigns).
  • Professional certification in Google/YouTube/ Facebook Ads will be an added advantage.
  • High Proficient in English communication is mandatory, average Malay (Spoken & Written) is acceptable.
  • Possess at least 5 years hands-on experience & best practices of the key concepts of digital marketing and the main channels and techniques including SEO, PPC, social media, Google Adwords, Google analytics, affiliate marketing and email marketing.
  • Possess a solid B2B sales experience, and proven track record in closing complex B2B sales projects.
  • Experienced in managing a team of marketing and sales. 
  • Positive can-do-attitude, multitasker.
  • Strong analytical skills with solid knowledge of web analytics tools
  • Energetic and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Able to join within a short notice period.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Candidate has no issue to work based at TTDI, temporary WFH during the MCO period.
